To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email from your registered DMr Campaign email address following these steps:

    You must send the email from the same address you used to log in to DMr Campaign to verify your ownership of the account.

  • Account Details:

    Any relevant details that can help us verify your identity (e.g., your name, business name, or platform identifiers).

  • Request Type:

    Explicitly state that you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

  • We will verify your request. Since you are sending from your registered email, this process is generally automated and fast.
  • Upon verification, we will proceed to delete your account information, including your profile, platform tokens, and any stored message logs.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Note: Some transactional data (like billing history) may be retained for a limited period as required for legal and tax compliance.
